Resolve the issues that come between multiple site connected to each other by MPLS or Enternet link.
 Troubleshooting of Wireless, Leased LAN & fiber based customer
 Installation of Computer Hardware, Software, Network Topology and other rudimentary Troubleshooting.

To resolve EOS and Optical lease line link issue like Link down, Link Flapping and high latency, Packet Loss.
Provide technical support to customers who have problems with their high-speed Internet or MPLS
Provide on-call and weekend support when needed
Creating/ Maintenance of Installation Documents
To perform link shifting activity as per downtime.
To perform basic remote Troubleshooting like VLAN shifting, change duplex setting, shut no shut port, clear ARP.
To resolve all base station Switch and Router issues from physical level.
To resolve the Air-back haul(ABH) issue and have remote access in AP/SU.
