Responsible for providing IT Help Desk support to all users of Four Square Users & its subsidiaries.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
•Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and server 2008/2012.
•Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports (solving bugs related to MS Office, Windows, Drivers, Hanging, Slowness, Format etc.)
•Installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications.
•Provide technical support for Web camera.
•Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues.
•Troubleshooting system and network issues.
•Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
•Handle printer issues (and contact AMC for Service)
•Monitoring and maintaining backup and recovery.
•Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
•Troubleshooting technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications, operating systems, network devices, and printers.
•Manage and Maintain Installation, configuration and service requests for Desktops, Printers, Mobile Devices and networking Router’s.
•Monitor and Troubleshoot Attendance Management System connection issues.
•Provide support on Stock inventory program technical issues.
•Taking ownership of assigned tasks and seeing through to completion (escalating and managing, if appropriate).
•Help to Generate Employees salary with the help of Payroll Software

•Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs.
•Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and suppliers

•Installation, Configuration and Administration of Windows 2003/2008 Servers Configuration & troubleshooting of Windows Operating System.
•Technical support to Remote location Across Pan India.
•Having good experience in implementation of Active Directory and applying Group Policy.
•Configure Wireless & Data card Installation on Laptop.
•Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management.
•Maintain computer cabinets, storage rooms, PC inventory and Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections
