As an Unit in-charge of a 3P factory, I am responsible for the manufacturing operations which includes safety, Quality, cost, compliance and service of the unit. I drive efficient improvement and business waste reduction projects. I also drive quality through focused quality improvement programs and process reliability improvement. I collaborate with Marketing and R&D teams to de-risk innovations and support in expediting new product launches for Noodles.

As the Maintenance Engineer, i worked with production team closely to reduce machine downtime by doing proper preventive maintenance and monitoring system, Developed a time based and predictive maintenance process. Also worked to implement AM (Autonomous Maintenance) and prepared work done for this.
I drove safety through campaigns on hand-in machine safety, robust engineering controls and incorporation of safety in design of machines. To make workplace safe, i prepared risk assessment- CTI (Critical Task inventory) and THA (Task Hazard Analysis) and provided training to relevant people.

Identified cost savings opportunities, it includes: Compressed air system optimization. I led the project of 50 KL capacity increase of liquid RM storage, I prepared project network and installed two 25 KL tank in Tongi, HC (home care) plant.
I worked to reduce environmental footprint by reducing water consumption and energy consumption.

Responsible for ensuring targeted production keeping the production quality as set and perform the best possible way for higher productivity, daily reporting, performance tracking, wastage reduction.
