One week in this organization. Their main purpose was about global environment conservation, in the context of Pakistan they are saving environment, controlling the wastage which is effecting the animals, water, land etc...
I have managed personal files of whole department regarding human resource, finance, monitoring and evaluation etc... As well i have organized various training sessions for internal employees and also provided my services to the externals, delegations etc... I have provided all the services which directly effects positively to Assessment and Strengthening program. As well i have effectively worked over administration and contracts and procurement services.
6 weeks internship in Air University Islamabad as an organizer of student week, head of management sciences department team, won various games and achieve the trophy that year. As well mentor of new admit students in Air university.
I have spend my most value able time in the managerial and learning environment. I also have done projects regarding my subjects, marketing, finance and specially human resource management. My final thesis was about "The impact of Training and Development on employees job satisfaction in profit making organization of Islamabad" Regarding this work I got A grade in my final research. However overall it was a dynamic and best learning time for me ever.
