o Supervise all administrative activities in branch regularly
o Keep the office, administrative procedures and forms up to date
o Fulfill the demands of branches by coordinating with head office & through Vendors
o Maintain petty cash and create a report for finance head at 30th of each month
o Ensure the staff is following the SOPs of the organization
o Prepare a forecast of expense for the upcoming month for the finance department
o Maintain inventory record of the branch
o Make sure that the payments made are through proper documentation
o Manage Fee and make sure collection of payments every month within due date
o Manage all the administrative and sales activities in Islamabad branch
o Focus on Sale of Company’s Products & Business Development for The Company
o Coordinate with existing clients and make sure their loyalty
o Bring New Clients for The Sake of New Business for The Company
o Supervise the sales executives, get report of work been done on daily basis
o Report to RSM about the Progress of Branch
o Tender Preparing
o Prepare proposals for large projects.
o Get Training at all the Departments in The Branch.
o Accounts Department, FT Department, Basic Banking, Clearing Department, Credit Department
