Production Activities :-
* Verification of Purchase Orders and Cost Sheet before the job is taken
* Study of Bill of Material and Drawing
* Production Scheduling/Planning
* Preparation of Job Card that includes Job No., Raw Materials to be used, step by step Fabrication process along with the respective Machine nos., Job Dispatch date, Job Qty, QAP No. etc.
* Traceability maintenance, Raw material availability record, Inventory etc.
* Shop - floor handling
* Execution of day to day fabrication jobs such as Calculation of Developing Length, Cutting, Bending, Rolling, Machining, Tack Welding, Preheating, Full Welding etc.
* Work Instructions (as per Quality Plan) such as Critical Dimensions' Chart, Process Sheet etc.
* Attending to Client and their complaints and queries
* On Time Delivery maintenance
