•Managing the ECM (Enterprise Content Management) & DC Company Document Management System (Viewpoint for Projects) and DC team.
•Ensure standardization, consistency, and accuracy in project documentation, in line with contractual obligations and AlGihaz Processes.
•Drive standardization of Document Control Processes across the portfolio and across sub-regions.
•Maintain the functional / projects distribution matrix and ensure its configuration on the system.
•Establish, maintain, and troubleshoot the workflow for auto-approval of the process.
•Configure the system on new projects, and meet with client/consultants for their requirements and establish the workflow for the auto-approval process.
•Drive and Support roll out of new initiatives from within the region or AlGihaz Global.
•Oversee a team of Document Controller, Document Subject Matter Expert across AlGihaz.
•Manage Onboarding, training and all people management aspects of direct team.
•Ensure prompt execution of documentation deliverables using SharePoint and other Client Document Systems.
•Perform quality control checks and verify that the necessary elements required by the document control plans have been satisfactorily met. This includes competences, accuracy, and compliance with all policies and procedures.
•Point of contract for all Documentation Control Processes and Documentation matters across AlGihaz Projects.
•Ensure proper archiving of the documents of completed / handed-over projects.
•Provide training to users on the system and utilization of its tool.
•Designed a new layout for Company's ECM & DC Intranet and moved all old data, updating the same on a timely basis.
•Responsible for updating the Company Quality Management System on Algihaz ECM&DC Intranet and make sure that all the information is up to date.
•Developed a web page with the name of "QMS Online" for easily access to the Company Quality Management System (QMS), Technical Library, Safety Posters, Video, etc. on the company ECM Intranet for all employees, monitor and update the same on a timely basis.
•Maintain & Collect the monthly site reports from different projects and make a summary for the top management.
•Working closely with teams in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Jordan India, Pakistan, and others.
•Prepare the monthly & Bi-weekly document submittal status progress for the COO.
•Designed a new layout for upcoming projects as per management instructions.
•Developed a SharePoint tracker for HR, QMS, SCM, etc. using Power Platform.

•I am responsible for maintenance and continual improvement of Document Control Management System as per ISO Standard. Monitor the document control requirements on an ongoing basis so as to make recommendations for any improvements in the system if necessary.
•Assist with the implementation, management and administration of the electronic document management system (DMS) and internal office correspondence (e-Office Automation).
•Daily routine activities of Document Control, including distribution of documents, maintaining electronic folders and directories, tracking and retrieval of documents and drawings.

•Impressive organization of records that was became a pattern for most of the staff which also captured the attention of ISO external auditors. All Department & Project SOP preparing as per management instruction.
•Maintain the log showing the percentage chart for Non- Conformance Notification, Safety Violations, General Site Advise, and Site Instruction.
