• Managing the Cost consultant, Design Consultant, PMC, Contractors and reporting & advising to
Client.
• Developing cost plans and estimates through the design phase, delivering updated cost plans
at appropriate design milestones.
• Reviewing of benchmark Estimates
• Reviewing of Contractors claims and issuance of recommendation.
