Brief Description of Role
Senior Team Member responsible for Managing the Cost consultant, Design Consultant, PMCM, Contractors, providing pre & post contract services at PMO level including cost plan review, value engineering, tender evaluations, administering change management procedure, claims and valuations & payment administration under different bespoke contracts.
• Managing the Cost consultant, Design Consultant, PMC, Contractors and reporting & advising to
Client.
• Developing cost plans and estimates through the design phase, delivering updated cost plans
at appropriate design milestones.
• Reviewing of benchmark Estimates
• Reviewing of Contractors claims and issuance of recommendation.
• Responsible for correspondence in line with the Contract clauses, terms and conditions.

Brief Description of Role
Senior Team Member responsible for providing pre contract services including preparing the feasibility estimate/studies, design competition, cost planning, tender evaluations, Analysing the Soft cost, pre-operational costs, developer costs, Inflation, Early warning and Contingencies as well as post contract duties such as assessing variations, claims and valuations under different buildings contracts, value engineering / management workshops, procurement strategy etc.
Duties:
Developing cost plans and estimates through the design phase, delivering updated cost plans at appropriate design milestones.

Duties:
