Represented the electronics department in installation and commissioning of new beverage line of Krones
(Germany). Working with the Germans Krones engineers assisting them in their daily electronic and
instrumentation installation and commissioning activities and providing them support regarding their
requirement of spares. Moreover, making daily report on the activity carried out during the entire installation
and commissioning period.
Being an active member during the upgrading of the Centrifil (Italy) canning line in the plant working with
the Italian engineers.
Working and reporting under the direct supervision of group manager electronics.
Working with the latest industrial technology and standards. Gained knowledge and experience by working
on Krones latest PET lines and Centrifill canning line and have good understanding regarding ASI, Siemens
Simatic PLC, HMI’s, B&R PLC(X20), B&R Automation PC, Servodrives (B&R Acopos), various types of
industrial sensors (Leuze, Peprl+FUCHS & OMRON) & Performing rectifications in faulty machines during
production.
Utilizing SAP Hana Pro for the daily inventory management tasks.
Gained knowledge and experience working on Sidel PET bottling line, Techlong bulk bottle filling line and
ICE & Aquamatch water treatment plants and performing rectifications in faulty machines during production.
Acquired experience working with Siemens Simatic Plc's (S7-200, 300, 400, 1200), Siemens HMI's and other
industrial control and instrumentation equipments.
Rectifying control systems by analyzing ladder logic using PG on Simatic Step7 software.
Making maintenance plans and doing machine maintenance according to it.
Checking the availability of spares in store and ordering spare according to it using SAP ERP.

• Have to Survey factories comprehensively of various industries all over Pakistan to asses risk involved in their operation and then I have to make detailed reports about the surveyed factory which included
company's profile, construction, storage, utilities, fire safety and security; moreover, risks are identified and recommendations to improve the risk are provided in the report. The report is sent to the client to improve the factory and to the underwriters for their reference during underwriting.

Real Time Finger Counting and Virtual Drawing Using Color Detection and Shape Recognition • A research included testing the algorithm on various conditions and notifying results. • The algorithm and program is created using matlab Image processing toolbox. • The research paper was published in ICICT 2013 conference (IEEE) held at IBA Karachi on 14-15 December. • The research paper was also presented by me in the ICICT conference. • http://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/articleDetails.jsp?arnumber=6732776 In Built Stress Analysis Using Mobile Operating System • A technical paper which provided theoretical Idea on using different algorithmic methods in the basic operating system for stress analysis of a user. • The technical paper got selected for 29th IEEEP Multi Topic Symposium which held on March 26 & 27, 2014. • The technical paper was also presented by me in 29th IEEEP Multi Topic Symposium. Real Time Interaction Using AR CUDA • Final year project included the interaction of augmented reality with GPU’s using CUDA library. • Used AR (Augmented Reality) Tool Kit to create applications related to education and business. • Worked on different modeling software’s like Google sketchup and blender and also worked on VRML models. Completed all the deliverable tasks provided in the FYP proposal. Humi Panel • An artificial Intelligence based panel which uses image processing (gesture recognition) for controlling robotic arm and smart applications, voice recognition for controlling appliances. • Created its GUI using Visual C# and Visual Basic. • Used XBOX Kinect as the image accusation device and connected it with a dell latitude D630 laptop. • Used serial communication between the Pc, appliances and robotic arm using ATMEGA-16 USART port. • Exhibited it in Project exhibitions and competitions, SENTEC and ITEC held at NED University of engineering and Technology
