Recommendation of payments, Assessment of cost variation, and budget of project,
checking and scrutiny of rate analysis, Checking and scrutiny of IPC/Bills, Checking of

• Detailed study of tender documents, contract conditions, specifications and drawings.
• Making proposals and Bidding / Quoting tenders for all kind of projects
• Attending meetings with clients/consultants and pre bid meetings. Site survey /
investigation for different aspects before quoting tenders. Inquiries, negotiation and
finalization of orders with suppliers / venders / sub-contractors for major items of
awarded projects
• Project coordination, management and execution (from line out to finishing with
financial settlements) of Industrial, commercial & residential project
• Preparation of Tender documents Tender evaluation, technical discussion, and
Negotiation and Contract finalization. Basic project Planning & Scheduling, Order
finalization and Procurement of major items / materials of awarded Projects
• And also preparing Bills of the quantities and works

Responsibilities:

Preparation of contractor running & final bills of roads,
infrastructures & building work as per contract condition.
• Certifying to client/consultant interim payment certificates (IPC’s) against the work
done.
• Verification and scrutiny of sub-contractor’s payment certificates.
• Simultaneously handling of Infra Road work & minor projects. Measurement of
quantities and tracking the productivity like Excavation and Earth Work, compaction of
soil, Clearing and Grubbing, Granular Sub-Base, Asphaltic Base Course and Asphaltic
Wearing Course, Measurements for Road Materials like Sand, crush, shingle, broken
stones, broken bricks.
• BOQ preparation of projects & Estimation of quantities as per drawing.
• Maintain the vendor records.
• Preparing of Rate analysis.
• Preparing the tender document, Qualifying the contractor & comparisons statement for
the tender.
• Making Bar Bending Schedule & Shop drawings on AutoCAD

Project : Constructions of Municipality Building
and Infrastructure works.

Responsibilities:
• To ensuring that all activities of construction are
according to required standards and
specifications.
● Optimizing the allocated manpower, material
and equipment for assigned projects &
responsible
for the daily needs and site control of his
projects.
● Prepare daily logs and reports maintaining
records of inspections made, tests performed
and work executed.
● Takes samples of various materials tests and
calls for testing as required.
● Observe work in progress to ensure procedures
are followed and materials used confirm to
specifications.
● The distribution of the workforce on site as per
the daily program.
● Responsible for labor attendance and
productivity record.
● Implementing the overall safety on his site.
● Ensures no material wastage at site.
● Review all requisitions for material and site work

● Material receiving inspection report
● Material submitted report etc.
● Take progress photographs for inclusion in
monthly report.

Responsibilities:
• Verification of contractor's running & final bills as per contract condition.
• Physical measurement of quantities and tracking the productivity.
• BOQ preparation for new projects.
• Reconciliation of free issue materials.
• Maintain the vendor records.
• Estimation of quantities as per drawing.
• Simultaneously handling of Infra Road work & minor projects.

Project : Askri projects (Construction of Army Officers Colony)
Client : General Head Quarter Rawalpidi Pakistan.
Consultant : Miltery Engineering Services ( MES )

Responsibilities:

• Leads and controls skilled labor and work crews engaged in all activities concerned with the civil
works aspects of the project.
• To optimize resources (manpower, equipment and materials) to ensure efficient and timely
completion of the works.
• Interpret and follow method statements and procedures, specifications, drawings, and all other
discipline related project and engineering documentation.
• Leads and supervises workers engaged in the construction of Industrial, Commercial and
Residential buildings and other civil works related activities such as foundation layout, form works,
concreting, masonry and bricklaying, carpentry, plumbing, fixing of floor and wall tiles, plastering
and painting, etc.
• Commands respect of his workforce, and develop excellent working relationships with all other
department personnel.
