oMaximize availability of machinery and equipment to ensure that sea training time is used effectively by guiding machinery to utilize and defect rectification.
oAchieve a high standard of effectiveness in machinery operation and the ability to maximize system and equipment availability under all conditions, including breakdowns and action damage through effective drill conduct planning and script writing.
oDemonstrate a high standard of organization and administration and to integrate the department fully into the Ship’s organization by carrying out table talk discussions and tool box talks before the evaluations.
oAchieve effective Damage Control, Firefighting, and Battle Damage Repair through following and implementing the relevant fire fighting and damage control techniques and publications.

•Generated weekly, mid operational sea training and final reports which depicts the critical, significant and minor weaknesses and by whom the responsibilities lies with.

•Generates agenda points for annual operation and material meetings regarding Fleet Surface unit’s side.
•Coordinator of Maintenance and Repair Activities of T-21 Warships for timely completion of all deliverables with planning and scheduling methods, such as CPM and PERT, project accountability etc.

•Ensured maintenance, integrity and operation of all material arrangements for the collective protection from fire damage and CBRN hazards, including, Watertight and gastight structure, fixtures and fittings Ventilation, filtration, air conditioning and smoke clearance systems, All fixed firefighting systems except those that are the responsibility of the others and Fixed pumping and salvage systems.

• Maintainer 1st and 2nd level PMS routines and performance monitor of Gas turbines, Diesel Generators, Air conditioning and Ventilation system, Chilled water circulation system for weapon cooling, High Pressure Air Compressor, Hydraulic systems (i.e. Hull hydraulic, Control able pitch propellers, Steering systems, stabilizers), desalination plants, steam generators and various auxiliaries.
• Carry out U x E, Dismantling, repair and installation of Gas turbines, diesel Gas turbines, Diesel Generators, Air conditioning and Ventilation system, Chilled water circulation system for weapon cooling, High Pressure Air Compressor, Hydraulic systems (i.e. Hull Hydraulic, Control able pitch propellers, Steering systems, stabilizers), Desalination plants, Steam Generators and various Auxiliaries Heat Exchangers, Large fuel filtration units.
• In full charge of Propulsion and Power Generation Plant to provide continuous propulsion and power.
• Coordinator Extended Maintenance Period and Defect Essential Docking of concerned section.
• Section Planer of Maintenance Management System (MMS), plan, control and execute level 1 routines.
