5- Planning of various services needed to run, maintain and monitor trouble free operations for smooth working of RAC appliances.
6- Responsible for the management and execution of the operations in accordance with the Quality Operating system.
7- Optimization and analysis of different parameters of product for increase in efficiency.
8- Analysis of non-conformity of product manufactured and intimating quality department through NCR(Non Conformance Report).

1- Installation and erection of new pumps and also studied different types of valves (Manual and Motor driven) manufactured by KSB Pakistan.
2- Sophisticated manufacturing processes and preventive maintenance techniques for different types of pumps (Centrifugal).
3- A thorough study of Submersible pumps, Etanorm, Movitec, WKF, KWP and Deep Well Turbine Pump.
4- Dealing with National and International customers of KSB in the sales department and handling and swiftly resolving customers complains in a professional and efficient manner
5- Using “comet” software for material procurement, production, inventory and sales management.
6- Involved in the planning of various services needed to run, maintain and monitor the trouble-free operation of customer's installation (Pumps and valves).
