KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Access Control
• Patrolling in TRANSCO and report to company as well as to client about the security observations and give suggestions for rectification.
• Make sure unauthorized person not allowed in TRANSCO Site.
• Checking LAP and PTW before state the work within the site.
• Coordinate with Engineers about the Maintenance work
• Handing CCTV and give assistance to MCC at the time of Inspection
• Attending meeting with HODs
• Attending morning briefing and explain security operational issue
• Participating in Fire Drill Exercise
• Responsible for the Daily Deployment of Guards and Guarding Operations
• Liaise with the Security Management to disseminate task/assignments to the security guards
• Preparing Incident reports
• Preparing Daily Dispatch report
• Responding to E-Mail
• Handing Dificult Guests
• Maintaining Logbook (Visitor, Contractors)
• Key management
• Maintaining Gate pass and update in gate pass summary
• Arranging Security Patrolling Plan
