Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos, and
emails.
• Prepare the documents for the vendor Pre-Qualification and updates.
• Coordinate various site-related activities like issuing of employee IDs, material passes, RFI
etc
• Receive all documents / drawings related to the Project being issued by the client.
• Check the contents of transmittal with actual documents received with reference to
document number and revision number. In case of any discrepancy, return transmittal
with comments and resolve the issue/s with the customer.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports of office and site-related works.
• Answer phone calls, take messages and/or redirect to appropriate engineers.
• Take minutes of meetings and dictations.
• Prepare the technical Proposals for biddings with the help of Technical Team.
• Assist in office management and organization procedures.
• Perform other office duties as assigned.
