To manage field off-plot operation & maintenance activities including wellheads, x-mas tree, valves, actuators, chokes, psvs, gas regulators, wellhead control panels, off-plot instrumentation, chemical injection pumps and Remote Telemetry Unit.
To manage overhaul of equipment including gate valves, ball valves, chokes in mechanical workshop.
Pressure testing of equipment on location and in workshop.
Startup and shutdown of wells as per company’s approved procedure.
Wellhead integrity testing and yearly greasing activity for x-mas tree valves.
To assist in well intervention programs including slick line and wire line operation.
To provide technical assistance to drilling department regarding installation of wellheads, hangers and x-mas trees at rig site.
To monitor and review integrity monitoring programs including Ultrasonic thickness survey of pipes, corrosion rate through corrosion coupons and cathodic protection system.
Ordering of equipment, technical and commercial evaluation of the received quotations/bids and finalization of suitable vendor.
