After successfully launching & establishing OgilvyOne in Sub-Saharan Africa, I was given the opportunity to launch OgilvyOne Jeddah while responsible for business growth across KSA & surrounding region. Clientele includes Kimberly Clark, Huawei, NCB (AlAhli Bank), IKEA, Volkswagen, BUPA, Hempel Paints, Arabian Shield Insurance, Castrol and several others. This is the 6th Intrapreneurial venture so far in my professional career, where I am setting up a business right from scratch.

• Heading the digital division, Ogilvy One at Ogilvy Africa and working with multiple clients including Coca-Cola, Standard Chartered Bank, Philips, Unilever, Volkswagen, Airtel Africa, Tecno Telecom Limited, Barclays Bank, Nestle EAR and a dozen others on a pan African level.
• Leading a team of more than 70 professionals including client servicing, development, testing, designing and social media teams.
• Responsible for complete end to end digital communications for all the clients which includes research, strategy, planning, implementation and execution.
• Crafted the complete social media strategy framework for Airtel Africa and social media governance document
• Successfully carried out award winning online campaigns in Nigeria, Gabon, DRC, Kenya, Tanzania, Zambia and Ghana
• Built Ogilvy & Mather's digital advertising business from scratch to $4MM in just 8 months.
• Responsibilities including business development, client training, new product strategy, operations and managing local market digital directors across 11 key African markets
• Provide expert digital support to key markets ensuring successful implementation and rollout of new initiatives
• Regularly pitched to strategic clients and internal audiences including new business presentations where flawless and innovative thinking were crucial.
• Led specialist agency team at WPP, developed and delivered high quality digital marketing solutions for clients
• Translate pan African strategy and top-level service ideas into concrete action plans for individual markets

• Heading a team of 18 people including Sales, Traffic Management, Social Media Marketing and Development. KRAs include Online Sales, Social Media Marketing, Innovations, Web Analytics, New Business Development and eCommerce.
• Managing a portfolio of 24 Digital Properties within Nation Media Group including websites, mobile properties and blogs
• Social Media Marketing of all our websites, clients' products and partnered products.
• Introduced concepts like Social Media sponsorships, Sponsored iFrames within our Fanpages for clients, Pay for performance model, New revenue channels and cross media partnerships
