JOB PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for,
• Development and implementation of Territory Sales, Marketing and Distribution plans in order to meet the overall objectives / organization plans for (Volume / Market share/Availability/ Visibility.
• Sets objectives and tracking measures. Provides coaching, coordination of backroom processes, and customer contact.

KEY TASKS:
1.OBJECTIVE SETTING.
• Set & deliver S.M.A.R.T objectives every month to each member of the territory team.
• Review progress versus objectives at weekly meetings and take corrective action as appropriate
• Ensure clear communications and adherence of pricing and promotion
• To monitor sales on daily basis to achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly based targets

2. TRACKING MEASURES & PROBLEM SOLVING.
• Update the Territory Score Board
• Provide recognition and feedback to frontline
• Lead problem solving
• To ensure “Eight Building Blocks” regarding stock management at LMT, s /Key- Accounts (Distribution, Space, Location, Range, Appearance, Promotion, Service, Freshness) for proper In-Store execution.
• To ensure distributor investment as per company policy and business requirement.
• To ensure timely payments from credit customers if any.
• To ensure timely ordering and dispatches of stocks to customers
• To ensure proper executions of brand activities at LMTs’ as per the given guidelines on special occasions (Pakistan Day, Eid etc).
• Ensuring Effective deployment of Temporary and Permanent point of sale material
• On the job training of order bookers/Pre sellers to make an effective and productive sales call.
• To ensure availability of all brands of Pepsi Cola in the market (Core SKUs).

3.Coaching.
• Assess capability through WORK*WITHs and ONE with ONE providing development feedback to frontline
• During WORK*WITHs, showcase desired behavior or target skill by making calls through demonstration
• Maintain records of WORK*WITHs objectives and progress
• Deliver group training as required
• To design and implement PJP for Pre sellers and review it on periodic basis.
• To ensure 8- steps of call by Pre sellers to make calls more productive.
4.Customer.
• Support successful execution of core work (delivery, backroom, management, merchandising, and equipment.
• Maintain a physical presence in the territory to ensure understanding of customer’s needs.
• Motivate retailers to sell Pepsi brands.
• To visit all beverages selling outlets to improve width and depth of stocks through range selling.
