• Procure all the materials and equipment (commercial) required for daily tasks for Heavy Maintenance (C-check) team at HIA Technical Hangar.
• Liaise with supplier to ensure that all relevant documentation is in accordance with the government requirements as to ensure timely clearance of materials ordered.
• Get quotation from vendor for the required GSE spare parts and raise Procurement request (RFP, RFI, and RFQ) to supplier through ERP system (TRAX, Workflow, E-sourcing).
• Preparation of scope of services and detailed evaluation criteria for Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs),
• Prepare QCC (Quote Cost Comparison) by negotiating with different local supplier for the materials to raise LPO through Oracle.
• Make on time arrangements for scaffolding, cranes required for Maintenance tasks by contacting local vendor, supplier.
• Maintain effective relations with all third-party service providers so as to ensure on time deliveries.
• Follow up for the supplier and freight forwarders for the spare parts required on critical/Fast moving parts for maintenance.
• Maintain all records of serviceable and unserviceable GSE (Ground Support Equipment) and sent consolidated report to manager on daily basis.
• Handle the rental contract for scissor lift, forklift, Boom lift required for Base Maintenance.

Import/Export Coordinator- Cargo Customer Service في Qatar Airways Cargo

• Supervise the customer Service Team Performance, call monitoring, training, and reviewing of duties of all subordinates Customer Service Agents.
• Schedule the work of subordinates, assigning tasks, providing on the job training, responding to associates questions and assists with resolving problems.
• Develop and build professional relationships with the cargo agents/freight-forwarders /shippers/consignees by solving their queries and questions regarding the al types of shipment in order to enhance opportunities for the Qatar Airways
• Send irregularity to the origin station for missing AWB, missing documents, missing cargo, shipment received short and shipment received in damaged condition.
• Communicate with Outstation regarding shipment queries to assist customer to clear the shipment from the warehouse to avoid demurrages.
• Update full AWB details if not updated from Origin station in QR Cargo system (CROAMIS) with all relevant info.
• Coordinate Warehouse team for the location update for perishable goods Valuable goods, pharma products, require certain temperature.
• Assist the QR Cargo Head office in case of critical or VVIP shipments.
• Coordinate with all inter-departments inside/outside cargo department to support the smooth functioning of business.

• Acceptance of Dangerous goods according to IATA procedure referring the Dangerous Goods Handling Manuals.
• Accept and prepare of Checklist for the Dangerous goods shipment. (AVI, Cars, HUM)
• Reservation of cargo shipment in contact with QR Space Control Department.
• Preparation of airway bill for walk in customers as per the nature of goods.
• Handle urgent and VIP shipment in coordination with Qatar airways Cargo.
• Accept courier shipment from customers and make booking with the help of space control department.
• Obtain valid import permits customers for AVI shipments to Doha.
• Follow up with customers for the uncollected shipment and contact origin station to provide the correct and alternative contact to reach customers.
• Coordinates with other airlines to resolve customers’ complaints through emails.
• Calculate the warehouse storage charges if customer delayed in clearing the shipment from the warehouse.
Coordinate with other departments for storage of the perishable shipment under accurate temperature mentioned on airwaybill.
