An international NGO headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands with projects in remote locations in Pakistan. I am working as Medical Officer in MSF project in Dera Murad Jamali, Balochistan. MSF is currently working on Malnutrition, Mother and Child Health. We have Operating Theatre/Labour Room, Nursery, and An inpatient ward for children and an outdoor facility for Malnourished and sick Children, as well as pregnant and non-pregnant women. We work alongside foreign experts available round the clock.

Function: Development of Marketing strategy, opening new areas of sales,
Training of existing sales staff. Improvement of literature with latest knowledge.
Achievements: Increased sales in all major Hospitals in Lahore. Included majority of products in WAPDA Hospitals formulary during tender negotiations in November, 2006, expecting a sizeable order for the first quarter of 2007. Included majority of the products in the formulary of CMH Rawalpindi, and expecting first order in December, 2007. Increased sales in Faisalabad. In Lahore alone the jump in sales is from Rs1.2 million in August to over Rs 3.7 million in November, 2006.

Function: Responsible for sales of Hi-Tech Oncology/Hepatology (Sandostatin) products covering Lahore, Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Sahiwal and Okara.
Position: Reporting to Zonal Sales Manager Central Region.
Achievements: Developed noted speakers in my area of responsibility. Increased and maintained sales.
o Max Station (North): 1 March, 2004 till 31 October, 2005
Function: Representing The MAX Foundation, USA a non-charitable NGO working on the administrative aspects of GIPAP.
Position was in addition to responsibilities in Novartis Oncology.
Was responsible for financial assessment of patients to be enrolled in GIPAP and to liaise with TMF Global on the day to day running of GIPAP in Pakistan.
Was covering all Oncologists all over the North of Pakistan from Bahawalpur to Peshawer to bring patients to our centers in Lahore and Islamabad.
Was the direct Liaison between registered GIPAP physicians and The MAX Foundation.
o Medical Officer (PARCO), Lahore: 1 January, 1999 till 30 August 2004
Function: Looked after employees of Pak Arab Refinery and dependents of those who were posted in the refinery and elsewhere.
Also liaised between major hospitals in Lahore on PARCO panel for proper treatment of employees and dependents.
Also responsible for pre-employment medical check up of all employees.
This position ran concurrently while I was at Naz Hospital.

Responsible for bringing in business to the hospital, Liaison with consultants, dealing with private patients and day to day running of the hospital.
I was also running the low paid OPD for adults and children, and doing minor to medium surgical operations for low paid package patients.
