• Managerial Monthly Reporting
• Regional basis Trend analysis, Ratio analysis & Budget comparisons.
• Financial Highlights based on Business Segments, Departments and Product.
• Budgeting, Forecasted Revenue Statement & Cash Flow Statements for all Regions (Pakistan, KSA, Iraq, UAE, Kazakhstan)
• Audit with KPMG
• Variance Analysis & management of Control Procedures on monthly basis.
• Regional Statutory & Compliance reporting.
• Coordination with External Auditor for all audit related queries.
• Supervision of Customer Invoicing, Vendor Invoice Management, Vendors Bill Verification and Payment and Reconciliation of Financial Data,
• Preparation and filing of monthly VAT, Payee, Income Tax Returns etc.
• Ensure Inter company balance confirmation on monthly basis
• Payroll management of Pakistan, UAE, KSA, Iraq Regions. (Prepare more than 250 employees payroll) via AX Dynamics 2012.
• Employee & Company Taxation and its Compliance.
• Financial reporting to senior management.
• Project Closure Reports.
