- Currently reporting to the Chief Executive Officer
- Developed marketing strategy & launched for Cardless Biometric ATM service in partnering with NCR. This service is first of its kind globally
- Product development & marketing launch of BankIslami Takaful (Life Insurance Product) in collaboration with FWU Group & Pak Qatar Takaful Company Limited
- Worked on the case development of Visa International membership for Visa Debit Card
- Executed marketing plans for Visa Debit Cards, Life Takaful product, MoneyGram services & ADC Products
- Active member of Bank’s Organizational Restructuring Committee which includes cross-functional stakeholders to develop segment level strategies to meet corporate goals
- Developed product strategies and technology road maps of ADC products that achieved annual targeted Gross Margin.
- Launched Merchant Alliance Program with ZERO cost sharing model for Visa Debit Card with different brands on card swiping enabling the achievement of POS revenue volume
- Developed and Executed marketing plan for MoneyGram money transfer services
- Launched Visa Debit Card with a bundle up offer of Free Takaful Coverage (Islamic Insurance) and Free SMS alerts for the cardholders. Also working as the product manager since Aug. 2011.
- To date released 500+ print ads which is the highest ever by anyone in the industry
- Launched Islami Sahulat Account (Business Current Account) for the deposit customers
- To date launched Retail product suite consisting of five different products with a current portfolio size of over PKR 70 Biliion
- Executed launch and relaunch of the flagship Term Deposit product ‘Mahana Munafa Account’ which to date has a portfolio size of over Rs.20 Billion
- Launched & Relaunched Asset side products of Auto and Home Financing having a combine portfolio size of over PKR 4 Billion
- Handling all the matter pertaining to the Advertising agency (Oreint McCann & Orient Advertising)
- Executed the branch branding for the entire 201 branches in 77 cities
- Worked with CNBC on development of a TV program “aap ka paisa’ for Ramzan campaign ‘07
