Key Achievements:
• Defined & executed the HR Strategy for the market in line with the Market Business Strategy (MBS) to optimize the contribution of employees to the business needs to drive competitive advantage
• Successfully led the execution of Nestle & I market action plan based on 2012 employee survey findings and initiated various initiatives in this regard. As a result, in 2014 survey, the market received the best scores for Engagement (91%), Enablement (87%) and Retention (71%) in Nestle group. These scores very well above the Global High Performing Norm of Willis Towers Watson
• Successfully managed the long pending labor conflict in Kabirwala factory. National level unions were registered and for the first time in company history a National level CBA agreement was signed successfully
• Organizational development needs of the market were defined and various initiatives were carried out to close the gaps. Along the way various best practices were established such as Karo Aathimad - Gender empowerment program, Fred's Learning Channel, 3 Party PDG conversations, Monday Recognition meets, HR&I feedback survey and War on Waste competitions. All these interventions contributed to positively reshape the culture of the Organization
• A culture of performance differentiation was embedded across the organization. End to End Total Rewards offering was reviewed to make it market competitive and strengthened our Employer Brand Proposition.

Support the regional business vision & mission by developing, executing and embedding talent acquisition, leadership development, change management and training & learning strategies, policies and programs Key Achievements:
• Handled end to end Recruitment & Sourcing portfolio for the region, managing a team of 4 recruiters. Defined market talent strategy and led employer branding initiatives to proactively develop external talent pipelines for different functions: marketing, manufacturing & engineering, supply chain, finance and other support functions
• Successfully led the Nestle & I journey where key cultural change initiatives i.e. everyday coaching, mentoring, flexible benefits, recognition program were rolled out resulting into visible improvements in leadership effectiveness and employee engagement. Region's flagship leadership development program; PEARL was recognized as a global best practice in 2011 by Corporate Leadership Development
• Spearheaded Project Dolphin for the re-structuring and re-design of commercial organization i.e. marketing, sales and supply chain functions, which resulted into the closure of 6 regional branch offices across Malaysia and retrenchment of 82 permanent employees (management and unionized staff)
• As the Education & Training (E&T) and Leadership Development (LD) master pillar lead for the region supported TPM & LEAN implementation across the value chain, established reference guides and pillar mobilization templates. Conducted audits of different production plants in 15 factories across Asia & Africa as a lead auditor.

• Directly handled end to end recruitment of 498 employees in the Company over a period of 3 ½ years which included recruitments in Afghanistan to set up the organization there. During this period of extensive growth for the organization, overall, 966 employees were hired. Led recruitment coordinators and site HR Managers to put in place extensive employer branding, talent sourcing, campus recruiting, web-based recruiting, interviewing skills and on-boarding initiatives across the organization. Our overall efforts paid off, as in 2007 the organization was voted as the "Best Employer" in the country for the very first time
