Job Responsibilities;
• Analyze the needs of Quality Management System, develop the Quality Management System; and continuous monitoring for its adequacy with the developing stages of the project.
• Fulfill the documentation requirement including preparation of Project Quality Plan, Special Work procedures and all the relevant formats applicable to the project.
• Identifying and arranging all the necessary resources in order to run the Quality Management System efficiently and effectively.
• To set the Quality Objectives for the project, and monitor the project progress in accordance with those set objectives.
• To schedule, attend and implement the findings of Management Review Meeting.
• Review of Material Requisition (MR) Package & Inspection Assignment Package (IAP) prior to submitting for client approval.
• Prepare and submit the Monthly Quality Management report to Saudi Aramco.
• Responsible to communicate and attend the PIMs with Saudi Aramco, Vendors and Third Party Inspectors.
• Final Review of PO from Inspection/Quality point of view.
• Selection of Quality personnel for proposing them in SAUDI ARAMCO as QA/QC Inspector/Supervisor.
• Prepare internal quality audit schedule and to perform the audit as per schedule, Audit finding shall duly be circulated, implemented and corrective action to be ensured.
• Verify the performance of the works, in order to ensure that the personnel of the CONTRACTOR and SUB CONTRACTOR carry out their activities in conformity with the procedures and design specifications, promoting when necessary suitable preventive action.
• Recording and managing systematically the nonconformity reports issued on site, checking that the settlement of non-conformities is in compliance with the acceptability criteria and the schedule is in accordance with the site requirements
• Review of Hydro test, Tie-In and PMCC package prior to client submittal.
• Ensure the administration of all quality records in an orderly manner, so ensuring their traceability
• Informing systematically the corporate Quality Manager on the progress of the site activities relating to the quality
• Assisting the PM in preparing the supporting quality documentation required to issue the mechanical completion certificate
• Ensuring adequate support to the PM in the relationships with the COMPANY and/or third Parties for quality issues.
• Time to time audit of special processes and the relevant workers' qualifications, in order to ensure continuous improvement.
• Checking procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and Inspections
• Checking the documents certifying the tests, controls and inspections carried out and ensuring their orderly collection and management.
• Conducting internal audits for different functional areas in project, to ensure their compliance with Saudi Aramco requirements.

• Perform E & I inspections as per codes (NEC, NEMA, UL, NFPA, SAES & SAMSS) at all phases of construction, equipment installation, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and operations.
• Vendor/shop Inspection.
• Participate in ITP (Integrated Test Plan) preparation and evaluation.
• Review the engineering documents and prepare the documents, schedules and programs necessary to monitor the work for the E & I discipline.
• Review the E & I construction work packages.
• Carry out inspection of construction activities associated with E & I installation and installation of package equipment.
• Inspect equipment and materials to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Ensure the implementation of procedures, specifications, drawings, inspection and test plans, certificates, work instructions etc. for all E & I construction works.
• Ensure Change Management and Site Query practices are in accordance with Project procedures.
• Witness/sign off and ensure completion of E & I check sheets.
• Assist with the compilation of E & I completion records and documentation to facilitate the hand over of all systems from the construction phase to the pre-commissioning phase.
• Participate in walk downs/ thru of completed electrical and instrumentation systems for punch-out and approval of “Red Lined” as built drawings of installations.
• Liaise with Contractor personnel on site to keep the QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Control) manager informed with all ongoing and forecasted activities related to the work.
• Review drawings and assist with interpretation where required.
• Interpret project specifications.
• Ensure the effective performance of all related 3rd party service providers.
• Regular communication with Construction Manager.
• Issue daily progress reports and status updates.
• Conduct progress and cost review meetings with the Construction Management team.
• Completion of all reporting requirements.
