Manage all matters relating to office supplies, safety and others
Facilitate month end closing of the AP/AR in Oracle
Reporting of AP/AR position for north zone on daily and monthly basis
Liaison with all government departments such as EOBI, PESSI and Labor
Accounts reconciliation of dealers, OEM's and bank
Stock reconciliation, warehouse and supplies management
Ensuring timely and accurate closing on monthly and annual basis
Booking all types of vouchers in software
Payroll process and payment
Handle petty cash statements and stock reconciliation
Accounts reconciliation of dealers, OEM's and bank
Prepare payment schedule of creditors
E-Filling of with-holding and sales tax return
