“About (12) years experience on all aspects of Rotating Machinery for Petrochemicals/fertilizers applications and maintenance. Permit Receiving. Engaged in troubleshooting, condition monitoring, failure analysis, and overhauls on centrifugal and reciprocating Pumps, gas, compressors and fans. Conversant with machine Shaft Alignment, bearings, flexible couplings, vibration and bearing temperature monitoring and lube oil systems, Coolers, Compressors valve, vessel etc.
Receive priorities, verbal and written instructions for attending to any work in connection with trouble shooting and problem investigation nature type of works and obtains requirements for work. Inspects equipment to determine the extent of work required, discusses problems with Operations personnel and raises field requisitions for any additional materials, spares etc.
Carried out site and workshop repairs with particular regard to equipment drawings and manuals and using spare part lists to ensure that correct parts or adequate substitute are installed. Determines with Mechanical Maintenance Engineer the extent of work and appropriate action to be taken such as replacing parts, reconditioning components or complete overhauls.
Included preventive / predictive & break down maintenance of the following mechanical machineries and mechanical equipments such as positive displacement compressors, Centrifugal pumps, Reciprocating pumps, Chemical injection pumps and submersible, multistage pumps, piston pumps, Fin fan coolers, Gear Boxes, hot oil heater, Separators, Coolers, absorber, stripper, Vessels, Maintained conveyor systems and pneumatic tools etc.
Do daily preventive and predictive maintenance of the plant equipments.

Attends seminar and training scheduled by the company.
Provides feedback to superior regarding the status of the equipment and make suggestions whenever appropriate functioning of the department.
3 Years Apprenticeship (Industrial) Training in Millwright. From Dawood Hercules Chemicals Ltd. Pakistan. : Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) : 2 Years Diploma in Mechanical Technology. : 6 month Training in same Trade from ATC. : 6 month Training from Sulzer Vendor for Compressors in UAE.
