automatically routes customers to their desired destination in the shortest possible time.
● Controls customer movement through the customer service area, covers service delivery and gathers
feedback
● Extracts real-time statistics, visitor trends and performance reports and sets new KPIs.
● Developed in Node.js, AngularJS, Redis
● Reporting in Node.js based on data fetched from Redis
● Working on central reporting, where real-time data is synced from all branches to a central server, and
reports can be generated based on the user requirement.
