• Effective handling of high risk accounts and ensuring that all accounts are reviewed within agreed turnaround
time (TAT)
• Review/Approval of PEP Relationships and Annual Reviews as per policy.

• Deputize for the general manager in maintaining and improving mechanisms for organization activities, including surveying and measuring the operations, process, outcomes and profitability and disseminate feedback to the appropriate internal entities.
• Deputize for the general manager to assist in the development of plans for the organization to include management to achieve targets.
• Assist in the development and preparation of the strategy and general business planning of both the organization as a whole.
• Delegate authority and responsibility to team with supervision, accountability and review.
• Assigning tasks, leading meetings and implementing initiatives handed down by the general manager or executives.
• Oversee short- and long-term business plans and initiatives and help in budgeting activities analyze and implement policies and procedures.
• Interact with a company's personnel and respond to and resolve internal and external grievances.
• Assist to review and assess the AML and compliance risks associated with the Bank’s current and proposed future business activities.
• Assist to review the KYC of the Bank and identify potential AML and compliance risk associated with the client.
•Assist to operate the Bank’s transaction monitoring system, suspicious transaction monitoring system, and other relevant systems
•Assist to identify and keep an inventory available to all staff of essential laws and regulation pertinent to the branch.
•Assist to monitor compliance with internal policies, procedures and guidelines by performing regular and comprehensive compliance risk assessments and testing.
• Assist to centralise all information on AML and compliance-related issues (e.g. breach of regulation, non-respect of procedures).
• Assist to archive the training records and materials.
• Any other responsibility assigned by the Bank from time to time on the basis of requirement.
