Responsible for strategizing, designing and implementing marketing & advertising campaigns for
clients, and acquiring sponsorships to achieve clients target deliverables and KPIs.
• Acquired 4 long-term hospitality clients to manage the pre-opening and opening PR and
Marketing. Areas of responsibility - proposals, client pitches and being project lead to fruition of
agency deliverable.
• Initiated brand partnerships between influencers and clients, by curating bespoke influencer
events. Increased social media footprint for clients by strategizing digital content marketing
campaigns.
• Creating and conducting in depth PR & marketing workshops for clients to help head of
departments understand millennial market trends and forecasts.
Created press releases, press notes and press advisories for clients and overlooked the
distribution to media houses and influencers, ensuring stories resulted in extensive coverage -
print and digital. PR & AVE valuing average to USD $12 Million per client obtained yearly.
• Implemented a digital media strategy that saw a 400% increase in organic followers for the
agency and client as well as incorporated and implemented a successful SEO, SEM and Google
AdWords campaign for the agency and client.
• Assisted with the pre-opening and opening phase of a new hotel clients, coordinating media and
influencer visits every month for the first year of opening.
• Assisted with reviewing and tracking client activities proposed in their planning sheets.
• Participated in discussions and decisions for clients’ crisis management on a need driven basis.
Reported directly to Director Leisure and Manager Public Relations & Marketing, Food & Beverage,
coordinating, creating and assisting with promotional activities for the 18 Food and Beverage
outlets of the property and the Spa and Wellness facilities.
Assisted in conceptualising men’s lifestyle loyalty card BLACK by ITP, along with obtaining
partnering brands in order to support the loyalty card.
• Conducted primary and secondary in-depth research on ITP market segments, while
simultaneously producing customer insight reports on current lifestyle trends of the UAE.
