• Manage a facility’s mechanical equipment and systems, such as fire protection systems, fire alarm systems, plumbing, kitchen equipment, and HVAC systems.
• Design and recommend solutions to mechanical issues to maintain/improve reliability of building systems.
• Oversee the maintenance, installation, and repairs of a facility’s mechanical equipment.
• Create a maintenance and inspection schedule for equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Preparation and development Permit to work, Job safety analysis, Method statement, SOPs and SWPs etc for Maintenance and/or equipment used to maintain a well-balanced and well-trained crew.
• Preparation of official documentation and dealing directly with the local authorities.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors in providing contract services, review and approve subcontractor invoices. and maintain a record of completed and unfinished work.
• Work with the site manager to ensure all maintenance deadlines are met.
• Explaining technical issues to non-technical people.
• Responsible for ensuring that all staff and subcontractors' response and rectify times are met, and repairs are undertaken diligently, with due care, and without delay.
• Preparation of material requests as required.
• Organize regular toolbox meetings with people from the mechanical department before and after work to discuss problems they are facing and how to resolve them.
• Check the adequacy of the maintenance process to ensure best practices and technical quality, providing safe and environmentally acceptable facilities.
• Follows up on work in progress and prepares daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Conduct Internal Quality Audits of completed planned and corrective maintenance works.
• Random checking of all tools, instruments, and equipment.
• Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and operation of all mechanical systems and equipment contained within multiple properties.
