Since i am a management trainee located in Head Office, The company has given me the opportunity to work in five different operation ans system Department for two month each department.
1) Policy owner services - CIT & NCIT all Payout, Maintaining data in CRM & Excel.
2) Claims - Ordinary life & Credit life case Assessment.
3) DOPS- Stationery management system (logistics)
4) Branch Operation- Customer Services.
5) New business & under writing - sequitany of new cases
Internship (2months) Company : JK TYRES LTD Project Title: Passenger Car Radial Market research & Sales . Learning outcome Confidence in handling and executing big assignments. Understanding the competition and how they work differently. Team building and adapting to the culture of an organization. Lead and motivate a team by delegating suitable work in a give deadline. Understood the importance of observational research. Preparing and imparting pitch plan to dealers to onboard them. To know the working pattern of sales person towards the dealers. Understanding emerging new trend in sales management. Understanding the role of sales manager and sales process.
