-conducting analysis of current systems and future business requirements so as to assist the development of applications, codes and software, in order to facilitate the transformation of the assigned function needs to applications and systems.

- Preparing the A software requirements specification's documents (SRS) in order to provide it to stockholders.

- Introducing new systems to stakeholders as well as providing references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation, providing help desk support, and training users
- Reassessing the existing systems and setting a plan for improvements
- Establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies
- Managing flow of information within groups during development and testing
-Improving current IT procedures by studying current practices, and recommending modifications
- Recommending controls by identifying problems, and writing improved procedures
Achieving records and documents in one system called ‘Aconex’.
