Studied various reference style sheets like NLM, Harvard, CSE, C-CSE, APA, Chicago, O-AIP, etc.
Maintaining daily production sheet of the team
Preparing basic style points sheet independently for the team
Trained new comers after three months of experience
Working on new journals and preparing a comparison chart every month
