EMPLOYEMENT HISTORY:-
Worked in Archana multispeciality Hospital Pandalam, Kerala (300 bedded) in PICU, Batra Hospital & Medical Research Centre, N.Delhi in Medical and Surgical ward. It is 500 bedded multispeciality hospital cum Cancer Center which is equipped with all modern equipments of world class standard.
I have previously worked in Chitra Multispeciality Hospital Pandalam, Kerala in Medical Surgical ward.I have also joined Park Hospital (Kolkata) and St. Andrews Mission Hospital (Chengannur), Kerala for practise.
My duties include receiving the patient, making the patient comfortable, checking the vital signs, changing the dress, taking the samples for AGB analysis, carrying out the Doctor's order and according to the conditions of the patient give necessary care and performing duty at my own level at the time of emergency, management of ill patients, administration of medicine, starting iv fluids, sending samples for investigation, to assist for chemotherapy, taking ECG, providing comfortable position to patients, monitoring vital signs, maintaining the registers of medicines, instruments, linens and assisting for procedures like Bone Marrow, LP Pleural aspiration, post operative care, chemotherapy and all post operative dressings.
I organize the admission of the patient and their nursing care according to the policy laid down for my unit. I maintain hygiene of the patient and the environmental hygiene at all times. I maintain records of patients condition, medicines and treatment given and sign it immediately .I corporate with workers in other Dept. I deal with the patients of surgical, medical, paediatric, gyanac, ortho, cardiac, urology and cancer.
