Analyze and prepare soft and hard copy of month-end closing
packages within the due date

for comparison against budgets and develop reports to determine if
budgetary goals are made
Prepare payroll in a timely and accurate manner by calculating
salaries, rate, overtime, bonus, vacation, termination & new hiring's
Record financial transactions in accounting system
Ensure accuracy and completeness of journal entries
Prepared Bank Reconciliation statement
Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable records
Collaborate in preparing balance sheets, income statements, and
other financial reports
Assist in reviewing expenses, payroll records, and other financial
data, Ensure compliance with financial regulations
Update financial information in databases promptly
