Draft quality assurance policies and procedures.
Performing Food Safety and Quality audits and lead daily food safety meetings
Review Food Safety and Quality paperwork and develop/update SOP’s, Quality matrixes, OPL’s as needed.
Plan, coordinate, and audit quality assurance activities ensuring all department activities meet established standards.

Review and analyze data gathered from shelf-life studies, testing, QA and Food Safety data, and other test data conducted by the department to analyze trends and/or to determine if any system improvements, or immediate corrective actions, are required
Conducting training program to the Qc tech and the concerned departments of Production, Maintenance.
Overall detailed experience of production lines of all bakery’s products (Croissants, Pizza, pattee, bread & Pastries) & Fresh range of products such as Sandwiches, salads, Coleslaw (KFC) & Juices.
