• Worked Construction Manager for a Bachelors Residential project of capacity around 4800 residents for workers, seniors and junior staff. The project is located at Jeddah King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC) manage construction contractors M/S Yasser Yagmour Contractors YYC and Consultants M/S Sameer Marzouki SMC, suppliers and subcontractors for timely completion of project with safety and quality. Coordination with Client for their specific project requirements and for change orders. The project consists of 5 buildings G+2 floors and central kitchen warehouse and Infrastructure consist of Roads, Parking, landscape, STP, water tanks, sewer & potable network, power network and other associate facilities. Coordination with KAEC authorities for permits and approvals.

For Master Plan projects, worked as PMT Project Engineer responsible for selection of Bidders, tender preparations and evaluation of Master Plan Designers Saud Consult, Zuhair Fayez and Kathib & Alami (SCEC) and Project Management Consultant. As Project Management Team representing Client supervised the activities of consultants, contractors during design, tender and construction stages. Attend various correspondences, progress and closeout activities, meetings, change orders, Contractors claims and coordinating with all the parties for their requirements and compliance. Drafting letters and minutes of meetings related to client side contractual and technical issues.
Master Plan has following 3 projects executed under EPC Contracts:
• Construction of Causeway Bridge (USD 4 Millions): Bridge 160 M long with 300 m back filling approaches 25.6 M wide with 2 lanes in each direction crossing creek with load bearing capacity of 60 tons connecting south operational area and North Business area. The bridge has utility tunnels with cathodic protection of substructures. Contractor Huta Hegerfeld & supervising consultants SAUDCONSULT
• Electrical Switching Stations (USD 5 Millions): 2 new MV switching stations each for 13.8 KV High tensions and a capacity of 20 Mega Watts with distribution panels with security system, fire alarm and fire protection system and modern BMS connected to central control system. • Sewage Treatment Plant and Water Tanks (USD 10 Millions): This project consists of STP with capacity of 2000 CuM per day. An Elevated concrete potable Water Tank 60 M high with a capacity of 850 CuM. A steel Ground Water Tank with capacity of 1900 CuM with Booster pumps, Fire water pumps and pump room and Water distribution office building. Contractor Nesma & supervising consultants SAUDCONSULT

There are Early projects executed under Master Plan like “Demolition of office park area existing facilities”, construction of “Hydro Meteorological building”, “Construction of Fitness center” which consist of volley ball courts, sports area, tennis court swimming pool etc., “Filling & Grading projects” this is to backfill the area where MTD and warehouse complex located, “Temporary office buildings” consist of H building for offices, 5 stores Steel buildings and a mosque. 100 Bed KJO Hospital to serve the employees within the business restricted area. Reclamation and Marina Project was designed as part of early project with complete tender documents to develop sea-front area, this project was cancelled during tendering stage as approval from Ministry could not be obtained

Project: Al Hasa Hospital (200 Beds, multi Storied (6 floors) Hospital Building with Parking Landscape Hardscape and complete infrastructure), Al Hasa Medical Services Co.
Project Cost: SR 130 Million (Excluding furniture and Medical Equipment)
Role: As Construction Manager, Supervised the activities in co-ordination with Biomedical and Electro-mechanical Dept.; attended Progress Meetings, Correspondence and Coordination with the client (Al Ahsa Medical Services) & Contractors (Al Ridwan Co.) to follow the site activities as per the schedule; Lead discipline engineers and conducting inspection of the site activities by discipline Inspectors for Quality and safety compliance; reviewing and approving the Civil/Structural drawings with calculations as per standards and contract specifications. Involved in testing commissioning and handing over and review and approval of close out document submittals. Currently this Hospital is a land mark in the town.

Projects: Projects from SCECO, Aramco, Royal Commission, Dammam International Airport fueling Facilities, etc.
Role: As structural Design Engineer, Designed pre-stressed hallow core slabs, pre-cast sand blast elevation wall cladding panels, other pre-cast concrete structural elements like columns, beams, footings and load bearing walls; preparing shop drawings with CAD-Operator and participated in preparation of tenders for new projects.

Project: 380/110kV Wadi Al Jaleel, Outdoor Substation, Makkah (A turnkey project of SCECO-West, Design and Built (EPC)
Project Cost: SR 175 Million (Including MV Cables from Mina to Haram, Holy Mosque)
Role: Worked as Civil/Structural Design Engineer. It is a turnkey based designed and built infrastructure project, Responsible to design in coordination with Electrical Mechanical Engineering equipment suppliers and manufactures. Managed design of civil & structural drawings and getting approvals and answering the comments of Consultant (Saud Consult). The switch gear and other electrical buildings and foundations for various electrical equipment were designed in coordination with manufacturers’ requirements
