workforce of 1500 employees plus 400 outsource workers. (Total 1900 employees) . JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Lead and direct the Human Resource team to deliver a comprehensive HR service to the business.
•Preparing and finalization of full payroll of permanent and outsource employees every month.
•Learning & Development providing guidance on development for managers and their teams.
•Training - Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement.
•Recruitment & retention - managing talent and succession planning; taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity.
•Efective utilization of human resources for meeting the company's objectives.
•Policy & procedures development and implementation in conjunction with the management, ensure all HR policies and procedures are up to date in line with current employment law.
•Ensure line managers are up to date with changes to any policies.
•Grade & Salary Structure formulation as per the company structure.
•Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision making skills.
•Making HR Budget as per the business needs.
•To maintain and develop leading edge HR systems with proper information of all employees, their Iqamas expiries, vacations, bookings etc.
•Ensure a motivational climate in the organization.
•Administer all employee benefit programs (annual increment, bonuses and staf adjustments with conjunction with the Management).
•Issuing Employee Ofer Letters, Salary Letters & Employment Contracts and to maintain updated organizational charts in addition to accurate personnel records.
•Succession Planning - Ensure the implementation of succession plan for key position across the organization.
•Compensation & Benefits - Ensuring and suggesting of compensation structure to the management as and when required.
•Training - to make sure the Training Policy is adhered to enhance the knowledge and skills of the staf to develop and retain the core competencies.
•Employee Relations - managing absence, disciplinary, grievances, sickness etc. Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
•Counseling, Guidance and to provide support to Plant Managers/Department Managers/ Supervisors in case of disciplinary issues.
•Ensure appropriate communication at all staf levels.
