 Handling day-to-day management of the store liaises with top management to facilitate sales strategies and decision-making.
 Analyze Data on Regular basis to be in line with the company growth plan.
 Staffing coaching and develop personnel.
 Ensure safety of all customers and employees on store premises.
 Certify that visual merchandising is consistent with customers' expectations of the brand.
 Periodic checks of product inventory to ensure shelves and racks remain stocked and replenished in time.
 Manage store operations by ensuring optimum inventory levels to achieve sale target, without hampering the sales plans.
 Prepare MIS reports
 Evaluate shrinkage, implementing effective merchandising techniques and customer service skills
 Manage customer centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction.
 Attend to customer’s complaints and undertaking steps for effectively resolving them.
 Analyze the performance of team members and assign targets on regular basis.
