• Read contract instructions, project design basis, client’s standards requirement, applicable codes and standards.
• Review of P&ID's, Layouts, GADs, Isometrics & various piping related drawings and documents.
• Preparing work packages with all design documentations.
• Preparing material take-off requirements and isometric drawings for construction.
• Documentation control of Piping and other disciplines.
• Daily, weekly monitoring progress improvement.
• Monitoring for Execution of Piping & Check the material availability at site.
• Overall Project Management including Planning, Scheduling, Co ordination & Execution of Projects for installation, commissioning & erection assignments.
1.Modeling of Pipe routing.
2. Extraction of Piping GA using draft module.
3. Preparation of Line List for Pipe Line.
4. Checking of Isometrics from P&ID.
5. Extraction of Isometrics using-Iso draft module.
6. Preparation of Pipe fittings MTO.
7. Knowledge of various Codes and Standards like ASTM, ASME, ANSI & API Standards.
8. Generating 2D Drawings using Auto CAD.
I have Completed PG Diploma in Process Piping Design & Engineering.
B.Tech Mechanical Engineer from JNTU University, Hyderabad (Dr. VRK College of Eng. & Tech, Jagital, AP) .
Diploma in Mechanical Engineer from SV University, AP. (Vasavi Polytechnic, Banaganapalli, AP) in 2001.
