• Ensure and provide optimal level of customer service and support.

• Manage inventory controls and order supplies for store compliance to budget.
• Supervise proper and timely operations, ensure compliance with standard procedures.
• Analyze and identify business requirements and prepare schedule for staff to ensure achievements of all retail business targets in store environment.
• Develop and ensure compliance to retail procedures and policies to maintain
healthy business environment.
• Train, assist and motivate employees to meet store sales and performance objectives.
• Prepare statistics and analyze store operations to identify scopes for improvement in payroll, sales and controllable expenses.
• Coordinate with store personnel and develop strategies to retain business targets and company direction.
• Perform competitive analysis to provide retail scope to enhance its positions within market.
