• Manage and Maintain RFX- RFI, RFQ, RFB and RFP

Updating the vendor data in different Oracle ERPs
• Matching invoices based on two way and three way matching concept.
• Releasing payments to the vendors which are on hold due to non-match invoices based on exceptions.
• Raising purchase orders on behalf of buyers.
• Negotiating payment terms with vendors on behalf of purchasing customers.
Handling end to end vendor records, adding new vendors, vendor bank set up, invoice payments and acting as sourcing associate
