• Leading production team for the bulk production of Decorative paints like Water based interior & exterior paints, putty, Acrylic Road Marking paints, crack fillers and Solvent based paints like Enamels, primers & Varnishes, Industrial paints of Polyurethane, Epoxy coatings & wood coatings.
• Efective Production planning for the optimal utilization of resources (Man, machine & Material), Inventory management & coordinating with the support departments to meet & ensure on time product delivery and sales demand.

• Organizing the preventative maintenance plan & handling the production equipment used in the paint manufacturing like HSD (High speed dispersers), sand mill, Basket Mill, Grinders & TBMA mixers, Volumetric filling lines (Automatic & Semi-automatic), Loadcell filling lines, Packaging Robots, SCADA operations etc.
