 Site Visit and Concept/Design discussions with Client Drawings.
 Going for the inspection on the site.
 To calculate the heat load for the classified areas to be air conditioned.
 To select appropriate air conditioning machines (AHUs, FCU).
 Preparation of mechanical engineering calculations in support of systems design.
 Chilled Water Pipe sizing.
 Fire Fighting design as per the DCD Rules and NFPA Standards.
 Plumbing Design as per the Standards.
 Estimation of tender project and preparing Bill of Quantities
