• Planning, Scheduling, analyses data and management of the program of works of Top point Cont. as well as Super Power Electromechanical cont.
• Prepare cash flow, key performance indicator charts and histograms, manpower and quantity reports for the project.
• Advice the Project Director/Manager when delay events occur and produce an extension of time schedule in coordination with commercial the project team in order to support the claims
• Review and evaluate the sub-contractors schedules & reports and recommend necessary actions in order to align the subcontracted items in schedule to the contract schedule
• Verify & update critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement/ execution and analyze the progress through updated status reports in various formats based on the contract schedule in order to provide performance assessment and accurate forecasts.

Work Scope: Electrical installation and LV current design, emergency system design and procurement of all electrical, IT and Drainage system.
* Project identification, prioritization, scheduling, tracking, cost controls, and reporting through planning, approval, construction,
installation/commissioning, and final completion and handoff
* Responsible for supervising and directing for MEP installations and maintenance work in Residential Villas, Commercial Towers,
Hospitals, Factories and Small Scale industries post technical and feasibility studies and site investigations and developing detailed
designs in Electrical, Telecom, Plumbing, Drainage and Water Supply.
* Detailed project planning, including creating detailed work plans which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully
complete the project, determining the resource required to complete the project, developing schedules for project completion
that effectively allocate the resources
* Assessing the potential risks of specific projects, as well as undertaking risk management in specialist roles
* Supervising tendering procedures and putting together proposals and managing, supervising and visiting contractors on site and
advising on engineering issues;
* Overseeing the work of junior staff or mentoring civil engineers throughout the charter ship process;
* Communicating and liaising effectively with colleagues and architects, subcontractors, contracting civil engineers, consultants, co‐
workers and clients;
* Thinking both creatively and logically to resolve design and development problems and managing change, as the client may
change their mind about the design, and ensuring relevant parties are notified of changes in the project
* Estimating Costs and managing budgets and other project resources apart from leading team of engineers
* Compiling, checking and approving reports and reviewing and approving project drawings
* Using computer‐aided design (CAD) packages for designing projects and undertaking complex and repetitive calculations
* Scheduling material and equipment purchases and delivery and attending meetings to discuss projects, especially in a senior role
* Adopting all relevant requirements around issues such as building permits, environmental regulations, sanitary design, good
manufacturing practices and safety on all work assignments
* Ensuring that a project runs smoothly and that the structure is completed on time and within budget.

drawings, schematic diagram arrangements & necessary details to implement as required by clients, architects and engineers for
construction.
