Develop a yearly Strategic Headcount Planning report with both (Operating & Business plans) with Optimum manning across the Company to meet all manpower requirements and in-line with the company approved budget for OPEX.
Monitor all position movements and job assignments (Temporary/Permanent) across all business lines for smooth transition of employees across the board.
Responsible for creating and maintaining the Policies and Procedure documents, General Guidelines and SOP’s for the department level.
Develop and maintain Job Descriptions for each job in the company and update them periodically to be in line with the organization changes.
Review and Evaluate the Functional statement document aka Roles & Responsibilities of the function/department according to the Org. structure and maintain records for periodic update as required.
Job family, Job ladder and Job Groups benchmarking with other Joint ventures in the kingdom.
To work on the Periodic update to the HR Policy document applicable across the company and benchmark with other Peer companies for Harmonization of policies and procedures.
Prepare Periodical/ Monthly reports/Analysis reports on Manpower for management reporting.
Coordinate with the Company Departments to identify the irregular Manpower movement or positions and ensure they are reported to the management for consideration.
Carryout necessary administrative activities as required.
