Responsible for Project Execution at the site and ensure completion of project as per the specified Quality, safety, timeline and cost.
Execution of the construction activities to ensure that the development are in par withthe approved drawings.
Maintain day to day record of work progress at site and maintain all documents as required.
Checking of Reinforcement, shuttering, column centering marking, Quality of Workmanship, Block work, plastering, External primer texture & painting, IPS & Screedflooring.
Keep the internal team informed about the projects status.
Coordinate with MEP team for activities like Electrical, firefighting, plumbing, HVAC to avoiding Reworks.
Coordinate with Junior Engineers, foremen, and supervisors to ensure the raw material are utilized properly with minimum wastage and also ensure that safety norms maintained inwork.
Tracking of Engineering, Procurement & Construction Progress. Review the site parameters on day to day basis through DPR Coordinate with sub-contractors, PRW for achieving production targets.
Optimum utilization of resources for achieving the target production. Maintain Records for Billing, utilization of Recourse.
Periodically report the progress works, issues needing decisions from clients/project team to thesection in charge.
Involvement in Fire NOC work of Leela Hotel and in Retail, Inspection of STP of Hotel.

Done All Academic Practical’s and Project work on Light weight of Bricks and on High Rise Buildings
