✓ Implementation of client and company safety policies and procedures.
✓ Co-ordinating all projected related to safety.
✓ Advise and assist management on HSE matters. ✓ Ensure development, implementation and updating of written HSE programs and plans.
✓ Facilitate internal auditing and support external auditing as per divisional audit schedule and ensure tracking and close out of remedial action.
✓ Coordinate accident/injury investigations and lead investigations.
✓ Coordinate inspections of project and facility operations and carryout monthly walk-through with site management.
✓ Ensure periodical inspections of various safety and life saving equipment, fire fighting equipment, gas monitors, breathing, apparatus, etc.
✓ Liaise with government authorities and other relevant organizations to remain informed of latest safety requirements for area, reporting changes to management.
✓ Coordinate HSE training of employees to ensure competency of workforce is maintained as required.
✓ Provide HSE statistics and report HSE activities to management, Business Units and Client Representatives.

✓ Aligning organization procedures-implementing the safety standards at work areas
✓ Preparing site specific OHSE plans for the projects.
✓ Reviewing Method statements, JSA and giving value additions/fine tuning.
✓ Ensuring work environment complying with all applicable legal requirements.
✓ Reviewing Risk Assessments and Aspect Impact Analysis for every activity.
✓ Preparing Site Emergency Preparedness and Response Procedure Plans. Allocating emergency responsibilities to Project team and Monitoring.
✓ Reviewing Work Permit system and Ensuring its effectiveness.
✓ Educating the staff and workers about safety and bring the awareness about safety through periodical safety trainings.
✓ Investigating the incidents and near misses. Preparing incident and near miss reports.
✓ Encouraging the safety committee and playing the advisory/catalyst role.
✓ Conducting the safety standard audits.
✓ Ensuring Chemical Handling Storage procedures are as per standards.
✓ Ensuring Lifting Plans for Mechanical Critical Liftings.
✓ Inspection of Tools and Tackles.
✓ Monitoring the Unsafe acts and conditions and reporting unsafe acts/conditions.
✓ Preparing the proactive Safety action plans.
✓ Ensuring Fire and Safety as per standards.
✓ Presentation of the site safety statistics.

✓ Compliance of applicable legal requirements.
