• Reviewing the IRs submitted by the sub-contractors.
• Preparing the IRs for the tests completed on the site.
• Inspecting the site works on regular basis to confirm that work is done
according to the quality plan.
• Assisting consultant and clients for the site inspections.
• Taking preventive measures to avoid SORs or NCRs from the consultant and
client.
• Inspecting the tests performed for ducts, chilled water pipes, plumbing and
firefighting.
• Preparing the log to have the clear record of the submitted and pending
IRs.
• Attending the meeting to plan the site works with the management.
• Completing the submission of IRs and conducting the tests in the given
time.
• Preparing the checklist, ITPs for the mechanical trades.
• Resubmitting the rejected IRs by reviewing and understanding the
consultant comments and taking necessary actions.
• Assisting site team to perform the activities according to the quality plan.
• Inspecting and checking if the work done on the site is according to the
latest approved shop drawing.
• Performing smoke tests for ducts.
• Performing pressure tests for plumbing, firefighting and chilled water
pipes network.
• Performing gravity tests for the sanitary fixtures and drainage systems.
• Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site In-charge for the
inspection.
• Inspecting the material delivered to the site are according to the material
submittal and approved by the consultant prior to the installation.
