Managing entire Food and Fashion supply chain of all air, sea, and road shipments
Obtaining the labels and Art Works from suppliers as per standard procedures to register the items in SFDA and submitting prenotification and arranging all the required documents for customs clearance.
Follow Up SFDA to ensure receiving the required certificates before shipment.
Managing the day-to-day operations with the customs brokerage team by ensuring all the customs activities in terms of clearance procedures completed without anticipating any detention and demurrages.
Coordinating with the brokerage transportation team upon clearance for the smooth shipment delivery.
Identify the best shipping line, schedule, and transit time, with competitive rates.
Communicating with Factories and shipping agents to confirm vessel schedules and shipping dates.
Identify space in the container and utilize maximum space.
Monitor forwarder performance activities and submit relevant reports to Department Head.
Registering the product in SABER with Proper HS Codes and obtaining PCOC Certificate from certified Body.
Follow Up SASO & SABER certificate to ensure receiving the required certificate before shipment.
Complete the documentation cycle (Invoice, COO, SASO, BL) in accordance with Standard procedures/guidelines and maintain proper record keeping.
Managing export shipments and documentation with in GCC.
Report any discrepancy to the supplier and forwarder and to advise proper action.
Maintaining the reports in Oracle by updating day to day shipment status.

Managing export shipments and documentation
Insuring the shipments and claim the policy if any loss or damage occur
preparing the cost sheet in order to know the discrepancies and reporting to head of department for corrective action
Report any discrepancy to the supplier and forwarder and to advise proper action
Inbound and Outbound Responsibility
Receiving, moving, checking and storing incoming goods.
Checking and inspecting goods received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type, and also acceptable quality.
Selecting space for storage and arranging for good to be placed in the designated areas
Monitoring the stock transfers from DC to different locations
