Working in BMC Remedy tool for tracking all the problems related to desktop
resolving the same within the SLA period
* Support first line telephonic & remote technical support for all IT users
* Maintain random calls on daily basis to record the level of satisfaction of the
customer
* Installing OS by using Windows deployment Services
* Installing the software as per project requirement with concern team approval
* Configuring the Wi-Fi in the laptop and troubleshooting on the laptop
* Configuring and troubleshooting of client mail systems like MS outlook
* Attended oracle calls related to reset password, educate the new user’s navigation in
oracle EBS Forms & OAF pages, Fix minor issues(Forms, reports)
* Coordinating with network team for VLAN changes & connectivity issues
